Refund Policy

We make every effort to ensure your gift arrives looking as perfect as when it left us. We do not offer exchanges or returns on gifts unless the item is damaged or faulty. If your gift has arrived and is not in perfect condition, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the problem for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photographs of the issue to speed up the process.


Exchanges
If there is a problem with your order and you would like an exchange please contact us. Once we have received the faulty gift back we will send out a replacement.


Refunds
If you would like a refund for a damaged or faulty item please contact us with photos of what has gone wrong. We will ask you to return the gift so we can inspect the damage, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
