We currently deliver all our products to anywhere within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
If your order is incorrect, damaged or has not arrived on time, please email us at hello@boxedbymimi.com. Please include your order number, description of your problem and any photos you may have to help us help you. We will try to find a solution as soon as possible. Whether the gift box has arrived with you or at another person’s address, you must return the full gift box within 14 days.
We do not accept returns for part of the gift box, all returns must be made in full, except where the item is incorrect or damaged.
We must be given the opportunity to replace the items in the first instance. We will aim to replace your items as soon as we can, however if this is not possible we would offer a refund. To see our Refund and Returns Policy, please visit our Terms & Conditions.
